Product Misrepresentation

If the product delivered materially differs from its description:

  • The code is for a different product than advertised

  • Platform compatibility was incorrectly stated

Note: Regional restrictions and platform requirements that were clearly stated in the product description do not qualify for refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Account bans or suspensions on third-party platforms
  • Internet connectivity issues

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our eligible scenarios, follow these steps:

Original Payment Method

  • Subject to payment processor fees

6. Replacement Codes

In cases where a code is invalid or faulty, we may offer a replacement code instead of a refund:

  • Faster resolution than refund processing

  • No impact on your account balance
  • Subject to product availability

If a replacement code is not available, a full refund will be issued automatically.

7. Fraudulent Refund Requests

  • Requesting refunds for multiple orders without valid reasons

8. Chargebacks

9. Promotional and Discounted Items
