We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

• You must have sufficient account balance to complete purchases
• Top-up requests are subject to admin approval

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Upon successful purchase:

• Codes are delivered instantly to your registered email address
• Codes are also available in your account order history
• You are responsible for securing and maintaining your codes
• Lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced
• Codes are valid as per the terms of the original issuer

If you do not receive your code within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder and contact our support team.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy:

• All sales are final once the digital code has been revealed or delivered
• No refunds will be issued for used, partially used, or unredeemed codes
• No refunds for codes purchased by mistake
• No refunds if you change your mind after purchase

Exceptions may be made in cases where:

• The code delivered is invalid or already used (subject to verification)
• We are unable to deliver the product
• The product was materially misrepresented on our website

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase with supporting evidence.

Digital codes sold on our platform are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective issuers. We are not responsible for:
